Aufgaben:
  • Leading HSE teams with responsibility for planning, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental measures in future market construction projects, such as data centers in Germany or potentially the neighboring European countries
  • Developing and implementing customized safety policies, site specific safety plans and related procedures tailored to specific project requirements
  • Ensuring a safe working environment in compliance with HSE regulations and international standards
  • Analyzing safety risks and developing preventive measures together with the project team and implementation of these measures into the respective project
  • Conducting occupational safety audits, inspections, and internal training sessions
  • Collaborating with authorities and preparing the necessary documentation for permits and audits
Qualifikationen:
  • A degree in Safety Engineering, Engineering, or a related profession
  • Certifications in HSE management or equivalent international standards
  • Several years of experience in the HSE sector, preferably in the construction of data centers or other advanced technology facilities with high MEP content in an international project environment
  • Solid knowledge of German and European HSE legislation, as well as familiarity with American OSHA standards
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
